Sadarghat

Sadarghat is one of the most dynamic areas in Dhaka. Once you are on the banks of the Buriganga River at Sadarghat, on the edge of the old city, you begin to get a feel for the real Dhaka. Today, Sadarghat is one of the largest river ports in the world. Hundreds of boats and launches arrive at and depart form Sadarghat, facilitating communication mostly with the southern districts.
